The EBS Authenticator app is a free mobile application that is used to securely login into your EBS Your Accounts Online account. The app is an ideal way to quickly and securely login to your accounts. It works by having you enter a username, password, and PIN into the application, and then entering the one-time activation code that is sent to you by email. It is used in conjunction with the Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) policy, which was introduced in August 2019.
To use the app, you need to first set up your account with EBS. This is done by entering your Customer ID number and Personal Access Code (PAC) into the application. The first time that you run the app, you will be asked to enter your PIN, which is a unique number that you set up with the application. You will be sent the activation code, which you need to enter into the application.
